LCD splicing screen front and rear maintenance

Author:admin / Publication time:2021-09-28

The front maintenance splicing screen refers to a way of interrupting maintenance and repair from the front, which is different from the rear maintenance splicing screen being intact. What is the difference between the two?

1、 Introduction to Pre Maintenance

When installing a splicing screen, considering the limitations of installation method and installation space, it can only be suspended for installation and subsequent maintenance in the front, which is commonly seen in wall mounted installation, bracket installation, etc. Assuming more than 9 screens are spliced, considering the later maintenance and disassembly, it is often recommended to suspend the installation of the hydraulic support before maintenance. That is to add a pop-up bracket in front of the wall mounted bracket, and then install the splicing screen on it. In this way, we can quietly push and the splicing screen will automatically pop up, making it easier for technicians to stop dismantling and replacing the screen body. The advantage of pre maintenance splicing screen installation is aesthetics, but the disadvantage is that it increases installation costs.

2、 Introduction to Post Maintenance

Post maintenance refers to the ability to suspend maintenance and repair at the back of the splicing screen, which is commonly seen in places such as TV cabinet installation and double-layer bracket installation. For example, when installing a TV cabinet, if the thickness of the cabinet is about 50 centimeters, at least 50 centimeters of maintenance channels should be reserved in the back to ensure the entry of normal personnel. So its demand for space is relatively large, and there must be sufficient space before and after it can be used. The benefit of post maintenance is convenient maintenance, but the drawback is a lack of aesthetics and a high demand for space.

3、 Difference

Whether it is pre maintenance splicing screen or post maintenance splicing screen, they are all for the convenience of later maintenance. However, different installation methods have slightly different requirements for the installation environment, and the cost of pre maintenance will be slightly higher.

Therefore, our suggestion is: assuming it is used in conference rooms, exhibition halls, and other display areas, the aesthetic requirements for the splicing screen after installation are high, and the space is limited. In this case, maintenance and installation should be carried out before use. Assuming it is used in ordinary monitoring rooms, the pursuit is cost-effectiveness and the space ratio is also large. In this case, maintenance after use is sufficient.

Since the introduction of LCD splicing screens, the sizes of LCD splicing units include 40 inches, 43 inches, 46 inches, 47 inches, 49 inches, 55 inches, 60 inches, 65 inches, etc. Of course, this is not the same brand of LCD splicing screen. The size of these LCD splicing screens also needs to be determined based on their parameters, such as brightness, stitching, resolution, color, etc., to determine which one is suitable for your needs.

Before starting any project, it is inevitable to develop a LCD splicing screen plan. To develop a LCD splicing screen plan, it is necessary to understand the customer's installation environment and the size of the splicing screen to determine which size of splicing screen to use and how many screens are needed to meet the customer's needs. So, how can the size of the LCD splicing screen be determined?
